"The day before spring break is always a perfect day for a snow storm," or at least that's what I imagine Murphy was thinking to himself as he thought of all the conditions that might prove his law to be true.It it actually is a perfect day to dump a bunch of precipitation on our town. The snow had mostly melted. The trees are mostly bare, making potential matchsticks out of the mountains.So everything that could go wrong did, but it isn't really a bad thing.
